Zoetrope for Windows Phone
With this app you can add color or background image to the animation drawing, in addition to printing a zoetrope device with a 3D printer (and the paper strips) or printing a flipbook of its animation. Once you’ve made your animation, you can save it to a video file, upload it to YouTube, or print it as a flipbook. You can select a music file from your music library to add audio to the animation.
